VAT Information

All prices for deliveries within Germany are total prices including the applicable German VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are charged separately.

A reduced German VAT rate of 7% applies to eligible original artworks delivered within Germany. The standard German VAT rate of 19% applies to other products. The VAT rate applicable to each order is displayed at checkout and on the invoice.

The application of the reduced VAT rate to eligible original artworks is governed by Section 12(2) No. 1 of the German VAT Act (UStG), in conjunction with Annex 2 No. 53 of the German VAT Act.

For deliveries outside Germany, additional taxes, VAT, customs duties, and import charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Sales are made by Stoll Art Studio in its own name and for its own account.
