E-mail: art@stollartstudio.com
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For art prints and posters that can be returned by parcel service, this cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 20.
For large-format original paintings and works which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by parcel service, this cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 700. A breakdown by format and destination country can be found below.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal requirements.
This applies exclusively to commissioned works that we produce according to your individual specifications (for example, a motif, format, colour scheme or personalisation determined by you). Works to which this exclusion applies are expressly marked on the relevant product page as "Commissioned work — no right of withdrawal"; we will also draw your attention to this before you complete your order.
For all other works, the right of withdrawal applies without restriction. In particular, a work of art is not excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because it is handmade, a one-of-a-kind piece, printed to order, supplied in a size of your choice from our standard range, or reduced in price.

Additional Information on Returns
The following is supplementary service information. It does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory rights in the event of defects.
Estimated return shipping costs by format
Large-format works require a freight or oversized-item carrier. The actual cost depends on the destination country, the collection address and the carrier selected. As a guide:
| Format (unpacked) | Packed dimensions approx. | Return within Germany | Return within the EU |
|---|---|---|---|
| Art prints / posters (parcel service) | up to 120 cm | approx. EUR 10–20 | approx. EUR 15–20 |
| up to 100 × 150 cm | approx. 115 × 165 × 15 cm | approx. EUR 90–180 | approx. EUR 180–350 |
| up to 150 × 200 cm | approx. 165 × 215 × 15 cm | approx. EUR 150–280 | approx. EUR 300–550 |
| up to 200 × 200 cm | approx. 215 × 215 × 15 cm | approx. EUR 200–380 | approx. EUR 400–700 |
If you return several works — for example the complete "4 Elements — Complete Edition" series — the estimates apply per work. Where several works are collected together, the cost per work is usually considerably lower.
Arranging the return transport
You may arrange the return transport yourself. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange collection for you; the transport costs will then be invoiced to you at cost price or offset against your refund. Simply write to us at art@stollartstudio.com.
Prior consultation with us or our approval is not a precondition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
We do not charge any flat-rate handling or restocking fee.
Packaging
Please pack the artwork carefully and securely for transport. Where possible, use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. The original packaging is not a precondition for your statutory right of withdrawal.
You may examine the artwork to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning — as you would in a gallery.
Damage, defects and incorrect deliveries
Please check your order on receipt and let us know as soon as possible at art@stollartstudio.com if the artwork is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item. Photographs of the artwork and the packaging help us process your case.
A late notification does not restrict your statutory rights in the event of defects.
Where claims for defects are justified, we bear the costs we are legally required to cover, including any necessary transport costs. The provisions on who bears the costs in the event of a withdrawal do not restrict these rights.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different artwork, please contact us at art@stollartstudio.com. A direct exchange is possible by arrangement and subject to availability. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
Business customers
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). No statutory right of withdrawal applies to purchases made by businesses.
